The 2007 Harrison Township reported a population of 23,096. The Township spans approximately 8 sq. miles.  There are about 2,588 people per square mile

Daily staffing ranges from 10 to 8 firefighters on duty.  Daily staffing includes two ALS medics, one engine, one 75' ladder.

Despite the low staffing levels, Harrison Township Local 3552's Proud, Professional Firefighters answered 6,577 calls to service, an average of 18 calls per day.
